3. What We Are NOT

To be clear, Dr.Deal and ClearPath Medical RE:

• Are not licensed real estate brokers or agents. We do not list, broker, sell, or facilitate the purchase or sale of any property.

• Do not endorse or recommend any specific property, deal, or investment. The inclusion of any deal or article on our Site is not a recommendation.
